Pros: gentle yet effective, natural ingredients to exfoliate not chemicals, each jar lasts a long time, smells good/clean/refreshing

"Each time I use this product I am amazed at how it seems to melt away dead skin cells from the surface of my face & neck! So gentle yet very effective. I've left it on a few minutes to take care of something and never had a bad skin reaction. I can't say enough about this product-It's a winner!"

"I purchased this product many years ago from a shopping network that went our of business. I purchased many jars and still have a few left. This product is the best out there on the market. Just put it on and watch the dead skin just start coming to the surface of your face, hands and neck. I have very sensitive skin and this peel doesn't harm me at all. You won't regret purchasing this product. I am happy to see I can still purchase this product. Please do not stop making it. It is wonderful."

"I've never used anything else like this. The dead skin simply sloughs off and leaves nothing but smooth, radiant skin. Even my teenage son uses it as it removes all the dry, flaky skin created by his acne medicine. LOVE this stuff!"

"I am 16 years old and have normal teenage issues with my skin. My mom had this product sitting & not being used. She let me try it just as a quick mask. At first i thought it was strange. Eventually i used it ALL the time (i stole it from her shhh) and as weird as it sounds it helped clear up all my acne. i LOVE this product!"

Pros: only takes a little to work, really does what it says, pleasant smelling, not harsh to the skin, easily washes off after use

"I have been using Restorative Enzyme Peel for about 5 years now and I can tell you it really does work! The cheek area under my eyes and close to my nose has a tendacy to flake and peel. I use the enzyme peel about once a week and it keeps the flakes at bay. It can also be used on rough skin areas such as the elbows (you will be utterly amazed at the dead slough you get off) and I have on occassion used it on the heels of my feet. This is one Aloette product I make sure I never run out of."

Great, but with a caveat

"I live in a cold climate, and the winter is brutal. My skin gets very dry, and it's so sensitive that I can't use a lot of exfoliants. This product is fantastic - it does not cause any irritation at all and it works instantly. It even makes blackheads less noticeable. While it's expensive, I really haven't found anything else this gentle that actually works.
Having said that, I wish Aloette would remove the parabens, Diazolidinyl Urea, Retinyl Palmitate and Sodium Hydroxide from this product and sign the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics. These ingredients are all considered moderately hazardous to human health based on multiple peer-reviewed studies. I would feel much more confident using this product if these changes were made, and I would be a lifelong customer! It would assure me that Aloette is committed to the health of its customers."

"My skin has always been very sentive to creams, peels, foundations etc. so I was very hesitant to use this product. I had a facial done by a consultant. I found it to be very easy and gentle to my face. I saw results that same day! I had to buy the whole platinum line! Two years latter I am still using the products.
Hints for best results:
If your face is damp, fan it until dry. Then use the peel."

"I've used Aloette products for over 7 years now, and this Restorative Enzyme Peel is the best product out there! Although I've used a difference facial cleansing process, I've kept the REP in stock and use it atleast once/month. And every time, my face has never felt so smooth! Do yourself a favor and start using the Peel, even if you don't get anything else!"
