Pros: smells great!!, won't bleach your towels, it really works

"I've tried so many other Acne lines from TV to department stores and they all left me wanting to claw my skin off and some even left my towels bleached out into awful colors. Aloette's simply clear is exactly what I've been looking for. You can use it once or twice a day depending on how your system reacts to it. Everything smells good and it feels good on my skin. I've introduce 5 other friends to this and they are having good results with it too. My skin is really sensitive so I use the wash, toner and moisturizer in the mornings and at night I wash my face and use the spot treatment. The smell is a little different so I handle it best at night. I'm not clawing my skin anymore and even the ladies at church have noticed it looking better. I know it works because when I stopped using it for 1 week my face went crazy again. I am also using the wash on my back and the backs of my legs and arms and seeing great improvements there as well. I only wish the wash could come in a larger bottle for that very reason. I also use the restorative enzyme peel and really feel like that has drastically boosted my results. THANK YOU ALOETTE!!!"

"I was told that the products in this line are designed to help acne problems by penetrating deep into the skin. For me, I didn't feel like it did that. After using this line, it felt as if my acne got worse. The moisutrizer broke me out and every time I apply the Acne Treatment Spot Solution, it burns and itches like crazy! I feel like it made my scarring worse! When I wasn't using the spot solution, when my acne faded, the scarring/hyperpigmentation was only a tiny spot but when using the spot solution, my hyperpigmentation was a huge dark brown colour and it stayed for months... Overall, I would not use this again nor recommend it!
Shipping: Shipping was the worst I've ever experienced! It took 2 months to ship to me and during the shipment time, customer service told me the order was lost and cancelled. Then 2 months later, the package arrives with absolutely NO phone call or email explaining that they will be deducting money and that the package was coming in again... I did not even want the package anymore... I wish they didn't even tell me the order was cancelled in the first place, at least I would KNOW I still have to pay for it... I felt lied to."
